Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during transit, please send me detailed photos of the package and any damage that may have occured. The buyer must notify me within 1 week of receiving the item about any damage or the return/refund will not be possible.

Once the package leaves my hands there is nothing I can do to control the time it takes to arrive or the state in which it arrives. I do everything in my power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection, however I cannot be held responsible for how the post office treats the package.

My ultimate goal is for you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please let me know if you are unhappy in any way so I can make it right for you.
